This is an awful food delivery service with deceptive tactics.I attempted to cancel my subscription in April and it wouldnt allow me to do it even though they market it as easy to cancel and no commitments. They make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription so I was forced to pause it until July. granted I didnt go back in and attempt to cancel it again, I didnt realize they would just ship you the order without notifying you via email to finalize the order. They just ship it and charge your card on file, no communication whatsoever.If youre in a subscription that you paused, the common courtesy is to inform you that your subscription is about to start again especially something like this that involves food catering to parents.Once I selected to cancel my subscription it boots you out of their website and youre unable to recover any information or delete your payment info. Deceptive, false advertising, and I even doubt this is really child friendly food. You can taste the MSG!Dont waste your time and money. Go to little spoon instead

Hi Gem. Thanks for reaching out! The link to cancel your subscription is directly beneath the pause subscription button in your Nurture Life account and customers have access to this at anytime. We do send two emails prior to the subscription resuming but perhaps they went to your spam or junk folder? We would recommend checking there to be sure. You are able to use your account after cancelation if you need to view your information or order history. We do not add MSG into our food, and you are welcome to review our ingredients lists if you have any further questions about that. Created an account and subscription but when I attempt to login it says account doesn't exist. I have tried Calling and emailing support with absolutely no luck as they won't respond to my emails or calls. The support is extremely disappointing considering the subscriptions are set on a weekly basis, please avoid at all possible. As soon as I'm able to access this account I will discontinue service.Nurture Life, Inc. Response

Joined a little while ago with one of their bonuses and have used them a few times. I skipped multiple weeks in April though because my wife was about to give birth to our second child. On one of those weeks I was charged for a box even though I had skipped the week. I caught it before they shipped the box, but they still wouldnt refund my credit card. They would only give me credits on their website even though I explained that I wanted a refund on my credit card not credits on their site. Very unhappy with their customer service!! Definitely canceling my service and moving on to another service.Nurture Life, Inc. Response

They charged me $50 more than what I agreed to. I had a $50 referral credit and they took it off my order and still processed the order!
