On 2/9/2024, I ordered pistachio butter from their website and received confirmation of my order. My credit card was also charged $22.98. Order 1647. I have not received my order despite sending 2 emails inquiring about my order. I am wondering if I should dispute the charge through my credit card company since I have not received the merchandise and cannot get a response from the merchant regarding my order.Initial Complaint

On January 2, 2023, I placed an order with Seed & Shell (order #****) for a jar of pistachio butter. My account was charged.I heard nothing, and assumed it was due to shipping delays. I contacted them on February 1. No response.Two weeks later they sent a **** tracking number. After 10 days, I checked the tracking number. **** had no record of the shipment.I left a review on March 7th, detailing the above. Again, no contact (except a 30% coupon.)I contacted them again On March 15 and March 30. No reply at all.As of today, April 2, Seed & Shell has (1) not refunded my money, (2) not send the pistachio butter, and (3) neither contacted me nor apologized.Business response

Hope you had a nice holiday weekend. Upon checking the **** tracking, it appears there is an issue with your order shipping via ****. As a courtesy for your wait, I have refunded your order and will plan to ship another jar out to you tomorrow for free.

On 12/17/22 i ordered pistachio butter from said company, order #**** for a total of $17.73. The order was confirmed by them through my e-mail saying that the order was getting ready to ship and they will notify me when it has been sent. On 12/19/22 the money was taken out of my bank account for $17.73. On 12/26/22 I sent an email to them asking where the product i ordered was-no reply from them. Again on 1/10/23 and 1/16/23 they were e-mailed again and never received a response. It seems like this is a ghost company. I would like to get a refund of $17.73 from this said company.
