I purchased a *********** on June 01, 2023, from Moonlit Crystal, in the amount of $29.99. The confirmation specified the shipping method was 5-9 days. I reached out to them through customer support late June because I never received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to them again on June 28th asking for a tracking #. To my surprise it was shipped on June 21st. During this time, it was being told on social media that there are fake ones being sold and indicated how to identify the real one. When I received the package on July 1st, the first thing I did was looked for the identifying information on the box and the bottle and they were not there. I knew right away that it was a fake. There should be information written on the bottom of the box that it was in, and on the bottom of the bottle. I emailed them immediately and told them my displeasure of receiving a fake product and requested a return label and a refund. They responded that they could refund me 30% and I can keep the item, or I am responsible for paying for the return to get a full refund. The package was shipped from Online Seller at *****************************************************************. This order took one month to receive. They claimed that the delay was due to some technical difficulties experienced by the courier company. I do not want the item and do not feel that I should be responsible for the return of the package after waiting an entire month to receive.Thanks for your help.********************************
