I took in Prada eyeglasses to have my prescription put into the frame on 10/31/22. Later that day I called to cancel, left a voicemail and an email. A $139 charge and being told price was higher than quoted over the phone because of the thickness of my lenses led to my cancelation. The next day I received a call back, was told the order would be canceled but glasses were already sent out and it would takea few days to be returned. November 9th I was told they were returned to Rosin. I went in today, the next day, to pick them up. When I arrived I was told the old lenses were being put back in. I told them that wasn't necessary. When my Prada frame was brought to me the young man said the frame was broken. They weren't broken when I gave them to Rosin. I canceled the order the same day. There was no reason for the old lenses to be removed from the frame or the frame broken. I would like a replacement Prada frame or to be paid for the frame.
