This company has the worst, most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with in all my years of being a retail customer. I advise EVERYONE considering using them for eye care services to seriously go somewhere else!!!Review from Carl V

Firstly, the Dr I saw for my exam just a few months ago left which was disappointing. I ordered my glasses and they broke after a week. The office did replace them and they broke again-Ive been wearing glasses 30years, I am not careless.Thinking they may have been a defective batch.Went in and the manager was rude and dismissive she said she would give me the same frames for $85 But I told her the old frames I bought less than a month ago were $69, she said the prices went up!! Really??!!Now I lost out on money I could have put towards a decent pair at ****** or elsewhere.That place is weird and nor me or my family will be going back.Review from Phyllis B.

I called an made an appointment with rosin eye care. The dark Asian eye doctor prescribed me two pair of bifolkas. My insurance is ******** and ******** public aid. He gave me some defective unfinished too wide for my head glasses. After remembering the insane smile of the eye doctor, I chose not to return to him to fix the problem at his ************* location. I complained to better business bureau, and all he did was email me to buy more glasses. This behavior has become common under ******************************* administration and president ******
