On Dec 11th I visited Rosin Eyecare for an eye exam. I was asked if I would like my glasses to be cleaned. The employee used a sonic machine to clean my glasses. My frames were damaged in the process. No one discussed a policy of having my glasses cleaned at my own risk. I reported the damage and was told that Rosin would cover 40% of the cost of replacement. I did not agree to this. I spoke to ***** (Regional Manager). After much negotiation, I explained to ***** that I wanted my eyeglasses replaced, not to have to pay any money, as well as not having to use my insurance benefits. ***** agreed to find my exact frames and match what my insurance would have covered. She said that she would take the lenses out of my damaged frames and place them in the replacement frames. I told her that this would be acceptable if she could meet my expectations as listed. She said she would get back to me in a week or so. I had to call to follow-up today Dec 27th. Upon speaking to *****, she stated that I would have to pay $150 plus dollars for the replacement glasses and that she had made a decision to "throw in" lenses at no charge to me. When questioned about the cost, she said she is only applying what my insurance would have covered and the difference I was expected to pay. I told ***** that was not the agreement. I reiterated what we had discussed of her matching what my insurance would of covered. When matching there has to be two things which in this case as ***** has presented is not. Not only is she not matching, she is really trying to roll the cost of the lenses to me for payment. I just want to be made whole. I have lost a pair of decent glasses at no fault of my own and ***** refuses to help me. I asked to escalate my concerns to someone in a higher position than her and she refused to give me a name or number. This is my first time having this type of experience with Rosin Eyecare. I am disappointed to say the least.Initial Complaint

Rosin eyecare sold me bifolkas that were defective and too big for my face. I didn't need bifolkas anyways. They refused to sell me single vision glasses at a lower price. They think because I don't work, I can spend all my time running up there to have things fixed. They think it is hilarious for me to walk around with foggy glasses that fall off my face. I do not want to return to that disease filled hospital. Last time I was there I caught diarrhea and covid.
