Fetch has lost or stolen thousands of dollars of merchandise from me. I selected to require signature and they signed for me and didnt leave packages. They then proceeded to state that because others received their packages it wasnt their fault. How is it supposed to be mine. Over 5,00 worth of merchandise just STOLEN and no one held responsible. Being forced to use this service and their team and customer service is abysmal. Very unhelpful and rudeInitial Complaint

Our building forces us to use their package delivery service (it's built into our lease) for which we pay $15.00 a month whether we use this service or not. I scheduled to have a package delivered to me on this past Saturday between the hours of 4:00 - 6:00 pm. I received a text that my package was delivered but when I opened the door nothing was there. I immediately contacted the company to open an investigation. They asked for me my receipt and tracking information, which I have provided to them. I just received an email from them stating that according to their records, my package was delivered. Apparently, they can't be wrong and their drivers never make mistakes. Secondly, why have me go through the motions of providing proof of purchase if after all of this, they were going to side with their staff? This is not right.How this works? Whenever I order a shipment online, I provide as my delivery address the ********************** address in *******. This is not right
