Actually I give this business ZERO stars! The management company of the building where I live forcefully made up sign up for this service. The employees have opened my packages and re-taped them. They've opened my packages and have stolen items from them. This last straw is that my package is completely missing after being delivered to their facility. Now I am skeptical about any future orders. However, I was reimbursed but they way they attempted to gaslight me into believing I was lying and that it was my fault somehow. Management company don't want to be bothered "because it's a third party" YEAH, THE VERY ONE THAT YOU CHOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

My building made the switch to Fetch in summer 2021. This was not included in my lease when I signed it. I have to wait at home for a 2 hour window for my deliveries. The other option is to waive Fetch's liability in the case that packages are stolen. The delivery is frequently canceled (during the window) or shows up late. This is extremely frustrating after clearing schedule to wait at home for 2 hours to receive a package. Packages are also frequently left outside my door, despite me not giving Fetch permission to do this. Most recently, my packages have been stolen from my door, and after talking to several other people in my building we believe that the delivery person is simply not delivering packages, and taking them for themselves. Fetch is also extremely hard to get into contact with when issues due arise.

I was forced to use Fetch through my apartment and was told to register and use the Fetch delivery address moving forward. Unfortunately, because there was no option to opt out, I had to send my groceries to Fetch. Not only did they deliver them to the wrong address, but it took over 40 minutes to get someone on the phone to look into the issue. They then got back to me to let me know they couldnt find the groceries that they misdelivered, and somehow had no idea WHERE they delivered them, and that they would have to submit it to claims for reimbursement, to which I had to send them an itemized list of the items they lost. They took over two weeks to conclude their investigation and let me know that they wouldnt be reimbursing me because they claimed that I didnt enter my correct address, which I did.I am shocked that a company can openly and legally run a scam like this. If your role, as a company, is to stand between me and my packages, at least do the bare minimum of delivering them to the correct location. The fact that people are PAYING for this service, for their packages to be withheld and delivered to the wrong location with no accountability, is unbelievable. I urge you to look into their reviews thoroughly before signing up. If you dont care about your packages arriving where they need to go, theyre the company for you, because they will not take responsibility when THEY dont deliver.

I have NOT and will never sign up with FETCH. Nevertheless someone at *** said on the phone that my packages will be handed over to FETCH by the *** driver. Ditto for ***** and **** BEHIND MY BACK!I consider that Mail Tampering!I live on the 1ST FLOOR of the apartment building. Just deliver like always & put at my apt. front door. Like youve always done.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. they never deliver on time as promised.. always delaying packages.. its pointless..
