The painter did NOT sand and patch ALL door scratches, The painter diliberately poured paint on the carpet in my condo hallway.The painter did not bring the doors inside of my condo he left them in the hallway.The painter has not provided a $750 receipt despite me asking 5 times.Business response

Your comment does not reflect an honest experience, we would never deliberately damage your property. We made sure to update you all along the process of the work we did. you were very rude and unprofessional and expected us to do work outside of our duties. Your comment contradicts the thousands of satisfied customers in all ******* areas who have hired us for over 20 years without any statement of dissatisfaction.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because I paid for a service and have NOT received a receipt despite my requests on numerous occasions for a RECEIPT for the $750 that I paid for the poor paint job. I received a text from ***************************** that he would drop off the receipt and the hardware for the NEW louvered bi-fold doors and 3 weeks later I still have not received the receipt nor the hardware for the bi-fold doors.Furthermore, I was threatened by ***************************** via Text on Thursday that he was hiring an attorney to place a lien on my property despite me paying $750 to paint the doors which is the ONLY thing that he was hired to do. Innovation Painting has been paid for painting of doors which is the ONLY labor that was completed by Innovation Painting.
I would like a PAID IN FULL Receipt for the spray painting of the doors which is what he was hired to do and I would like the HARDWARE that came with the ***** NEW louvered doors that he has not delivered.
***************************** behaved in an extremely arrogant, distasteful an low class manner during the walk through as well as on his return to drop off the doors. ***************************** with Innovation Painting left my doors in the hallway. ***************************** with Innovation Painting did not bring the doors over the threshold into my home NOR did he inform me that the doors were in the hallway....***************************** walked off in a cavalier manner and now 3 weeks later I dealing with this nonsense.
I WANT A PAID IN FULL LETTER FOR $750 emailed to me AND I want the hardware delivered to my door man/

The order has not been paid in full. That is why I have not sent out a receipt of paid in full. The invoice that was sent out to you and that you agreed on was $1450.00 and I have only received $750. When the job was complete you agreed that I would receive the rest of he payment and I still have not received it. Due to this I will not send out a paid in full receipt.
