I downloaded park chirp and searched for a parking garage. I paid 10 dollars for ********************** in *******, ***** with my discover card. I received a barcode. Upon entering the garage they had nothing to read the barcode with. The email instructed me NOT to pull a ticket. I contacted by phone the manager of the garage with the call help button. He said they don't accept park chirp and to pull a ticket and pay again. We held up traffic, were inconvenienced and almost missed our event.I have emailed park chip in their app 4 times and I've received no answer or requested refund. I want my 10 dollars reimbursement.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed. I was refunded by 10 dollars today.

My wife and I paid $20 online to parkchirp Sunday 9/24 for an all day parking spot at a specified garage. We drive to the garage and proceeded up the ramp with multiple cars behind us to the kiosk. Come to find out parkchirp did not send us the correct information needed to scan for entry. We called then but no answer, we called the garage and were told parkchirp is a third party vendor and we would need to take it up with them and at this point either turn around and leave ( impossible with the line of cars behind us) or take a ticket, enter and park. So we had to go in and park which was $57. Park chirp has answered 2 days later and told us they would reimburse us $20. We paid parkchirp for something and they did not deliver which resulted in paying triple the cost.Initial Complaint

I parked at ******************** lot on June 20. I paid the required fee and left before the expiration time. I have two witnesses that attest to this. Yet, I was contacted by Parking **************** Services of Aurora ** in a threatening way, claiming I owe $80 for an extra 30 minutes. I left the lot on time. This is outrageous and wrong. There have been other complaints against Parking **************** and about this parking lot in particular. This wrongful charge needs to be deleted.
