Do not use this site!!!!! They are a scam!!! I arrived at purchased parking lot and discovered their was no available parking. I saw multiple people who they had scammed as well, going in the lot, and turning around just like me!! I wish I could *** because I missed my event!!!Review from Jake T

Reserved for ************* from 5pm - 11pm for $15 and when I arrived at the lot the attendant said he was closing at 7pm. Sent us to another garage, which was an inconvenience. When we arrived to pick up the car, no one answered the assistance call phone (which is how the ParkChirp email said I'd need to check out). So I had to pay $20 to get out. They refunded my $15 but not the extra $5 I had to pay to get out of the lot, and basically said aren't "responsible or liable for the additional charges" and they don't oversee direct garage transactions. Waste of time and money, and crappy customer service.Review from jozie h

I have been parking in the same garage downtown for work using ParkChirp as it offered better prices than the actual garage. Lately more and more people are heading back into the offices for work and today when I arrived to park at my designated time, the ******** had prepaid for was 100% full. There should be some communication between ParkChirp and the garages they work with to prevent this issue from happening. It is extremely frustrating to get to your destination only to find you can't actually park there and then have to pay another parking garage on top of the parking I already paid for. I have requested a refund, we'll see how long that takes.Review from kathleen u

Will NEVER use ParkChirp again!!! I tried to book a parking reservation on their site in ******* **. The site kept timing out. I refreshed it and still no confirmation that it even went through at their end. I looked in my email and no confirmation. To my horror my credit card was charged seven times for a total of $67.00. Not sure what kind of scam is going on. I am trying to get a refund but can only correspond via email and have not heard back from them. They were sure quick to charge me!. The phone number on the internet does not seem to exist since all it does is a fast beeping signal.Review from Sandra R

We paid in advance and were sent an email stating a spot had been reserved for ** at **************** in ***-As we pulled up at the appointed time, there was a sign stating garage was FULL; we showed the staff the paid reservation; and were told the garage had nothing to do with Park Chirp, and that we could not enter. We were late for an important luncheon as all the parking lots in the area were deemed full. We ended up a bit away for $78. We had no other choice. We definitely do not recommend this company. We are still waiting a credit for the amount paid in advance, that was asked about 20 hours ago.
