Very bad customer service. I called to cancel my auto policy and was forced to keep it another month to think about if I still wanted to cancel. I called the next month and was then harassed by the guy on the phone. I had to talk to him for 20 minutes trying to cancel this policy because he would not want to do it for me. He kept repeating the same thing and asking personal questions which were extremely unnecessary. I dont care how good of a policy it is, if I want to cancel something I dont want to spend ******************************************* and make assumptions instead of canceling what I demand to get done.PayLink Direct Response

This is a complete scam company and their days are numbered. They pretended to be from ***** and claimed I only had a few days left to activate my warranty. I stupidly gave them my credit card to pay the $100 dollar activation fee. Then I got a bill in the mail attempting to automatically charge me over 200 a month. The representative I spoke to on the phone never mentioned anything about monthly payments. Please keep reporting this scam and put these people out of business and thrown in jail. I am considering hiring a lawyer even though I managed to catch their fraud in time. I would rather spend thousands of dollars to take them down out of principal then let these scammers take another cent from someone else.PayLink Direct Response

If 0 stars were possible, that is what I would give. Absolutely a scam company. Do not do business with them. I had no choice and no opportunity to check before being suckered into their services They handle payments for an extended warrantee on our van. Remit address changed with no notice. Payments were delayed / misplaced as a result. Initially setup autopay through my 1 bank. New address not recognized by either of my banks. When I made a payment online, they claim it was not received. There is a check-box you must UNCHECK when making an online payment to prevent them from saving account information and withdrawing automatically every month. I will be following up with the issuer of the warrantee.PayLink Direct Response

I just took over my 71 year old bills this month. I noticed she has a withdrawal from her checking account for ****** for a company called Paylink home I knew immediately she had been scammed after doing my research on this company. My aunt has never owned a home she can't drive so she has never owned a car. I will reporting them to the BBB and her bank. I tried to call the bogus number and of course no answer. These companies should be charged with criminal charges for this. I see the many reviews for similar incidents. I will also be contacting the Attorney General about this matter. I will not stop until she gets all her fixed income money refunded!PayLink Direct Response
