Ordered on 1/29. Shipped on 2/3. Between 2/3 and 2/6 item has not moved. I called and was informed that I would see it in 3, I still requested support from above the agent. between 2/6 until now 2/12 I have not had any contact with the company and no email or call on the issue. I still have no product after I was "promised" I would have it in 3 days or less. I reached back out to the company today and was told.. its on the way. its arriving late.. Which is what I was told the first time I called..... and.. "it will be there in less than THREE days.. I PROMISE" But don't worry. I will refund 50% of that product you don't have.. Of course I still had a problem since now I am requesting a full refund, as I have since purchased another product... that arrived in the 2 days that was "promised". Asked to speak to a supervisor.. "they are busy." 10min later and its now 75% off the product I don't have. Asked for a call back from the super when they are not busy... Still paid $40 for a bottle of nothing.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIt is completely unreal that I had to go this far just to be considered for a refund. Order status has remained unchanged. Awaiting refund from bank.

I ordered this product 16 oz bottle of saybyebugs on 9/13/2023 never got my product then they said was sending again only to wait another 2 weeks and receive a mushroom grow kit!! I've never gotten what I paid for.Business response
