I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. This is a one person business and he only answers calls in the middle of the night. Additionally, he tells you he is going to show up and does not. He came one time and charged me $400.00 with a unlimited warranty. After he came the first time I had to argue with him to get him to return. The problem actually got drastically worst during that time, because he trapped the pest in. When he did return he did not come to pick up the deceased pest as he promised. Furthermore, I called him back out and he answered the phone not knowing it was me. He promised he would return but did not. He actually ignored my calls but answered when I called him from a blocked number. I had another company come out and they said he failed to locate a number of significant entry points as well as completely resolve the issue. I paid another service to help resolve the issue, costing double the amount. He has several reviews on ****** with the same exact issue. I believe he is robbing people of their money.Business response

I am responding to the complaint about our services at a goodridden's pest Management Is the complaint number ******** I have been to this person's house at least 3 to 4 times I'm servicing her and i every time i go there her doors are open or garage door is open i have went there ****** is that there so many times that service her enclosed up so many holes in her house and at the time she called me i said i would go back but i had got sick Her complaint is a false accusation issue I have been doing pest control for over ******************************************************************************************* paid for.
