Hi there!I placed an order for two products (Omega&Probiotic Sprinkles for Cats and one for Dogs) totaling $43.20 on August 16, 2023 under order #***** and by September 19th I realized that it never came. I contacted the company asking for a refund. They responded on September 26th apologizing and stating that the company had made some structural changes and my order must have gotten lost in the shuffle, so they would be shipping my order out soon with some extra product. However, nothing ever came. I then reached out on October 27th letting ****, the Customer Success Manager, know that I never received my order and that I'd like a refund. He never responded. I know I attempted to contact him one other time after that, but I don't have the exact date. That said, I never received the product, a refund, or a response for that matter. In efforts to prevent this from happening to anyone else, I'd like to file a formal complaint in hopes this company will be more accountable with their customers.
