I ordered a backdrop from Backdrop Outlet in October 2023. The site sent a confirmation of the order. After not receiving any further correspondence or my order I sent an email to the company November 14, 2023 inquiring about my order. I received an automatic reply to give them 72 hours to get back via email. I have not received an order update as requested. I reached out to customer service a second time and have not received a reply. I am requesting a refund or my order delivered immediately!Initial Complaint

I had contacted you earlier and you opened "complaint #********." That complaint is no longer active as the company finally acknowledged the cancellation, but no refunds have been issued. I had ordered two photographic backdrops from the company and they were not able to deliver across a period of two months. I asked them to go ahead and cancel the orders and refund my money. They did cancel, but did not refund. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via their website (backdropoutlet.com) and by email to ****************************** I have received NO responses to my request about the refund. The two order numbers are: #****** and #****** - - - and each order was for a total of $165.49, for a total of $330.98. Given that they have to responded to numerous inquiries, I'm asking you for assistance. Just FYI, I have been doing business with this company for years..However, clearly something has changed. Anyway, any assistance you can provide will be appreciated. I've attached the initial orders and Backdrop Outlet's acknowledgement of the cancellations for your reference. Thank you in advance.
