I Made an online order for pizza to be picked up through the Papaninos website.I paid online and received an email to confirm, complete with detailed order information, price and time for pick up. When my business partner stopped over to get the pizza, the restaurant was closed. This was June 26, 2023. I have emails and photo of restaurant closed. I filed a complaint with my credit card, who in turn filed a complaint with door **** who fulfills the online ordering service. Door dash will not take responsibility and no one is at the restaurant. Its closed! But they continue to run a website.Initial Complaint

(On 6/29/22 exactly 7:42 pm ) Been ordering from this establishment for many years. Unfortunately they ripped me off by over charging me $28 on my normal order totaling $110.49 Stating they have raised prices on ever single line item in the menu and they just never updated any of their menu's. When asked why they miss advertise and ripped me off they hung up on me. After calling back multiple times. Only to be put on hold and then hung up again, I gave up with the phone methods and decided to try this.
