I was supposed to do my last alignment and receive my final upper denture at end end of April 2020 or beginning of May 2020. I received an email on April 8, 2020 from affordable Dentures telling me that their office would be closing due to covid and that my upcoming appointments had been cancelled and they would contact me soon to reschedule. phone calls apparently roll over to be answered in a que if no one can answer in the office. So the few times I have gotten to speak with someone I was told a message would be sent to the office and someone would be contacting me to reschedule my appointment. I have also sent them messages through the contact us link on their website multiple times, requesting to be contacted about rescheduling my appointment. Each time I called or sent a message through the website I left my updated contact information since my phone number had changed. I have not received any emails since the one in April cancelling my appointment and I have not received any phone calls either. I paid around $1500 on November 11, 2019 to have my top teeth removed a get a upper denture. I understand they had to close because of Covid and that Covid has been difficult but it has been over a year and a half since my appointment was cancelled. I want the upper denture I paid for and believe I should be given a partial refund. I want someone to contact me to reschedule my appointment.. I did not have insurance $1500 is a lot of money to pay for something and not receive it. They obviously already have my email but it is ********************** my y phone number is ************
