            After flooding in my basement I contracted Power Plumbing to: "video inspect the sewer from the catch basin in rear to investigate current piping. Overhead conversion may not have been correctly installed. Estimate for corrections to system will be provided once known cause is identified."After the conversation at the time of inspection about what can be done, I have only received a proposal to fix a broken pipe, but not the issues that cause the flooding. My repeated calls and emails were unanswered, not even simply "we do not know how to fix it." I asked to have notes, video or any other materials from the inspection sent to me, this was also ignored.The inspection was paid, not part of a free initial call, and I don't want to pay for it again when I go with another plumber.I feel they should give me the inspection materials and simply say they don't know how to fix it, not ignore my calls. It is bad enough we are living with a serious problem in the house, and are worried with each rain.
