On 12/15/22 I was looking on online to order buttons I came across minuteman press ********************************* in ******* when ordered everything was fine a few days Later I get an email saying my order is ready for pick up but it was a delivery they took my info over phone and even ask for my billing address why would they assume it was for pick up I live in ******* ** they told me I had to pay a *************************************************************************************** so I just paid the fee but then later this company over charge my debit card ***** I asked for a refund of my previous order for 50 buttons for ****** plus shipping which was for ***** all of which I never wanted to pay after the owner was so rude because he made a mistake he didnt want to help justify every word out of this mans mouth is F this and F that I just want my $***** the rest Ill just have to leave with the regret of giving my business and time to an undeserving companyCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: they can just refund me my money without me going through my bank
this is out right theft from a customer this is unacceptable for any business to take advantage of customers who work hard for their money

Our response has not changed. The client was informed that he could contest the charges with his bank and we would not dispute it so he can get all of his money back.
We held the order because of our interactions with the client lead us to believe that he would contest the charges anyway once he received the product. This way, he gets his full money back and does not get enriched with a refund and the finished product.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to receive my refund and even when I do receive my refund. Ill still reject this company because the owner acts like a toddler and has no respect for customers all they had to do is give me my money back if they didnt want my business and if a business is not able to provide a refund to paying customers then they shouldnt consider themselves a business.
