I have been living at ***************** apartments located **************************** for 7 years. We got a new office manager about 2 to 3 years ago once Ms.****** passed away. The Office manager name is ****** and I have had too many unpleasant run ins with her. I have documented mostly everything, and I have video footage. I also reached out to East Lake headquarters to speak with the regional manager *************************** and Mr. ***** regarding my concerns. No one returned any of my calls. Everytime I have a concern in my unit, I reach out to her, and she always have an attitude. We went 2 years with both of our entrance doors out of order meaning anyone could walk in. I had leakage coming from faucets and I waited 6 weeks to get it fixed. I had an inspection January 2023 with multiple things that needed repaired, and everything still isn't fixed.My hallway closet door was put up without the correct pieces and the door fell on my 3year old and it's still not fixed.This past October when the weather dropped, I waited an entire month to get my heat fixed the furnace went out, and each time I called to follow up with her about it getting fixed she would argue with me on how long I was without heat. 2 days after the furnace got fixed my entire unit smelled like gas, she called the maintenance man up to my unit and he had to seal something. Today I reported smelling gas again. I went to work and left my mother in my unit. Maintenance came to my unit, and he stated he didn't smell anything. Approximately 30minutes later ****** went to my unit, and she began taking pictures of the sheets I have covering up the windows because my blinds are broken.She also was very disrespectful to my elderly mother. She is very unprofessional, and I don't feel safe or comfortable with her having access to my unit, I have called multiple times to report her but no one responds to me. ****** and I had an altercation today regarding my unit visit and her entire office and clothes smelled like marijuana.Initial Complaint

CHA Inspector have came to my apartment July 20, 2022 and fail the Inspection. Miss Kimboline ****** knew of the inspector coming at the apartment, and failing the inspection. ***************** did not send any workers to fix any of the repairs in the apartment. The inspector will return to inspect a second time. The repairs need to be fixed before the Second Inspection that's less than 2 weeks. August 17, 2022Initial Complaint

I have been email the property management and the head office since August 2021 to get an exterminator in the building, it is now April 22. 2022 and no one has been in our building. They sent out a fake notice but the mice infestation is horrible and we cant even keep food in the house.Business response

The pest control company has serviced the building on the following dates over the past year:
* June 22, 2021
* December 28, 2021
* March 18, 2022
Additionally, the next scheduled service date is this Friday, May 6, 2022.

I am rejecting this response because: They posted signs about pest control and no one showed I was home all day on the listed days to ensure and no one every came ***** services use to be delivered every month why are there so many gaps.

I called them January 7th because the furnace was making a loud screeching noise, They came in and said I needed a new blower motor but they would not replace the whole furnace because that would be too expensive, They did not provide any heaters or warming blankets. They didnt try to call around to find a blower motor and ordered one. It was confirmed on the 10th by buildings city department, This is a CHA building. I contacted CHA as well. Ever since then I have not heard from anyone. I try not to turn on the heat but have to but have to turn it off because the screeching gets so loud you can hear it outside.Business response

I just received notification from Manager and CHA personnel. This issue has been resolved.
Please see note that the tenant would NOT allow maintenance gain access into the unit and maintained that she knew what the problem was. Her heat was functioning loudly - and she diagnosed it was the blower motor. Despite CHA and East Lake Management efforts, maintenance was not allowed access until they had a blower motor in hand. Ultimately, it was taken care of.
I am attaching the work order signed by the tenant as well as the notes in the system regarding this issue.

I've been a resident of EastLake's Stone Terrace apt. complex for years. I've always made complaints about the rodents, depending on what maintenance worker is around, they may or may NOT fix the job. I placed a request for years, to have someone fill in these holes regarding the mice and they haven't. I've told them this place was infested, as the mice have been climbing in bed with my children, and also we've experienced them coming through the drain in the tub. I can't have any trash over night in the garbage can, or they'll be playing in it, you can hear them run back and forth, all night. I'm very aware that the employees at Stone Terrace doesn't care and neither are they concerned! It's been over a month where I showed the property manager my unit and where the holes are located, as well as my front door k*** need to be fixed so no one can break in, unfortunately, I'm still waiting. Please Please help, this situation has gotten he best of me and I'm emotionally stressed!
