      A custodian in my building assaulted me and called me a faggot. First service and the manager from them have not helped me whatsoever. The operations of my condo building It stayed day operations have gone downhill significantly as well since they have taken over. First service residential has not been anything close to what they promised.

      Firstservice management is incapable in my opinion on making any decisions and refers you to there at least in our to there lawyers KSN (who also does have a clean record) and charge you $425. Why do we have management who can't make decisions. The money bothers me and seems crooked.

      I honestly don't know where my $350/month goes. I leave at ***** area. They cut the grass once a month and that's about it. During winter the driveways are not properly managed, the common areas are full of snow and the asphalt is covered with black ice. Any service request takes weeks to get a response. It's horrible!

      First **************** is actually cheating me with my HOA fees. I have pay the complete HOA fee to click pay every month since July 2023, but since our cable contract was cancelled, they need to issue a refund of a 107 dollars every month since July 2023. To make a long story short, First **************** owes me over $749.oo in a refund which I have not received. This company actually cheating me. I have called at least dozen times with no results.

      Simple matter to resolve - the charged me, a renting owner in a downtown ******* building a move out/in fee of $350 in our HOA accidentally. They just though a credit to my account is enough - I would basically get it back next month. It is not enough, they get my money instantly, yet I can get it only back as credit?! They told me they can't wire.., so I requested a check - it took me 5 calls and many emails to get there. Yet, 3 weeks later... there is nothing, no money no check, no answer as to when to expect it. This is an example of negligence, truly under performing company.

      Today we went to first service in ********* vlge ** To fill out a form for windows. We had previously called 4 times at least and asked for the property manager to call us back. The agent replied we will forward your message to her by email it will take her 2 or 3 days for her to get back to you. Guess what never happened. This has happened numerous times.Also the cleaning company uses DIRTY FILTHY MOP WATER TO CLEAN COOMON HALLWAYS GROSS !!! BY THE **** THEY GET TO ME THE WATERS BLACK VERY UNSANITARY AND UNHEALTHY. THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE WORSE WEVE HAD. IVE BEEN HERE FOR 34 YEARS. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE PROPERTY MANAGERS CELL NUMBER AS SHE WORKS FOR US THE HOME OWNERS. I CALLED HER AND GOT A SNOTTY REPLY BACK AS TO NOT BOTHER HER AT HOME. ITS HER CELL NUMBER. I CALLED HER ** SHE ***** RETURNS CALLS.!!!!

      Live in Good Coast for 11 years and the property managers have been horrid. They never reply to emails or phone calls. Have sent 6 emails and calls in a year with no reply or response / follow up!!!! Even worked on board and (meetings with property manager were conducted in a very unprofessional manner.) Have served on other professional boards and clearly its First Residentials lack of standards. Had one good property manager and they left after 6 months. Even expressed concerns via survey, response no more communication. No way to address issues higher up, they never reply to emails or phone calls. Our building engineer takes vacations and no advance notice to residents. Crime / theft in neighborhood and never receive any updates / notices via managements.We pay almost $2000 assessment for what?!? Their job is to attend and reply to questions - concerns - issues of residents. High turnover rate within company, and / or reward poor customer service with unprofessional property managers.Do not buy in *******, very disappointing business that continues to own /run properties.

      I own multiple real estate properties across the midwest & have never dealt with a management **mpany as bad as ************** The property manager, ********, is awful at **mmunication.Summary: Myself & other units at ******************** did not have hot water for 5+ months. Around Thanksgiving '22 I noticed I was not receiving hot water in my shower. On 12/8/22 I reached out to *****************************, property manager. On 12/20/22 she emailed back and said the plumber from AMS that she had **me out to my unit said I "may need a new shower cartridge".I had another plumber to my ********* said that a cartridge will not fix this issue.On 3/1/23, I received a letter from the association's attorney, ********************************* of KSN law. "The Board hereby demands that you replace your shower cartridge within seven days...Shall you fail to do so, the Board will enter your Unit, make all necessary repairs, and charge back all **sts."I responded but didn't hear any back so I responded on 3/8/23 asking to meet. I did not get a response so I emailed two more times & said if I don't hear back I will **nsider this matter closed. The lawyer responded with: "Our office is not obligated to set up a call with you...the Board will not hesitate to file suit seeking entry into your Unit if you fail to timely **mply. All **sts, including attorneys fees and **urt **sts, will be chargeable back to you."They **ntinued to threaten lawsuits so I decided it would be best to replace the cartridge, although it wouldn't resolve the issue.I had AMS fix swap out the cartridge and still no hot water.I received multiple handwritten letters from my neighbors. They asked me to fix my plumbing & **mplain they have not had hot water in months. In addition to ******** & the management ** not fixing this issue, she is spreading misinformation to my neighbors claiming that I was causing the problem. On 4/11/22 ******* did admit to telling other units that my unit was causing the issues.

      First Residential started to manage our building at the start of 2023. Last week we were given notice on Wednesday that our OWNED parking spots would be unavailable for the next three months starting Sunday. That's three days notice. No prior notice, discussion, or even assistance finding local spots. The property manager didn't even know why they would be unavailable, and now came come to find out that contractors are storing equipment for work completed outside when our parking spots are inside. They blame it on the prior management company, but they obviously did not do their due diligence and could've notified us earlier. I could go on and on about other issues, but the story is to stay clear of FR and be in the discussions if your board members are looking for a new property management company to ensure they do not use FR.

      I am unable to sell my property at ****************************** due to the building being unwarrantable. FirstService claims the issue is not their problem to deal with leaving me with no recourse. Do not purchase from this property or any that they manage.
