I have never dealt with such a negligent company in my life. Our water stopped working December 23rd, which I notified them of. No one came in to fix the problem until December 27th at 9 pm when the pipes subsequently burst and flooded our apartment. They left a hole under our sink where they cut into it to get to the pipes and said they would come out the next day to fix it. They do not come the next day and instead take 2 days for them to come out and finish. We let them know there is still water standing under our floorboards on December 28th, and that per tenants rights if they do not fix the floors in 14 days, we have the right to terminate our lease due to mold exposure. They call us right away after submitting our notice and say they will send a contractor out the next day (the 29th). No contractor comes. We send in multiple updates through the maintenance portal asking for updates and including pictures of the water seeping up from the floorboards, the floorboards that have entirely come loose and fell off from the water damage, and now the drywall water damage. They consistently have ignored us. It is now day 13 of our 14 day notice and they have not given us any timeline on when or if the floor/wall is getting fixed. We are able to terminate our lease tomorrow (thank goodness). It has been an emotional rollercoaster of having all of this happen during the holidays, and then not being able to live in my own home because I am pregnant and the floors and walls are molding and I cannot live there with that going on. We have spent so much of our money and time being in a temporary living situation and just want to be out of the grips of this terrible company once and for all. Do NOT go through them!

Hello,This is the first time ever in my life that I have been placed in a situation to write up reports regarding a landlord or management company, I'm frankly in awe at the lack of concern for tenants and rudeness on how situations are handled. I have liked in their property for 5 months now, to start off, my windows are broken and not able to open/close (they were supposed to address this based on our lease agreement and have yet to handle it). There is a hole under my sink, insects in the basement which crawl through a filthy maintenance door. I was told that they don't clean the return air vent, I have never seen a cleaning crew in the building among many other issues such as shower rods that often fall which could cause harm and they have been informed. They even demand access to your unit without being professional enough to respect your privacy and work around your schedule, they said they can access your unit even if it's not an emergency. They cause so much stress and are not pleasant to deal with, as someone else said before me, stay away from this group.

This company bought the property next to our single family home, where we have lived for over 14 years. As I was working from home one day, I came upstairs and notice some commotion out at my fence as it was swaying back and forth. Only to see the ripping my ivy off of MY FENCE b/c they didn't want to look at it from their parking lot! Last I checked, we built the fence 14 years ago, I have paid for the maintenance of said fence and you're not at liberty to just rip it off. Furthermore, upon them removing heaps of construction material from the building, it was all put to lean on our fence, along with the garbage, and the fence is no longer stable. I have placed 5 calls to their office and NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CALLED ME BACK. In the entire time we have lived here, we have never had one issue with the owners or renters at the property next door...until now.

Hello ***, We take feedback like this seriously, and our aim is to resolve this quickly and amicably. So you're aware, our company just took over managing this property in late August and the landscapers who did this were not hired or directed to do this by anyone at our company. That being said, we can understand why you're upset and there's a good chance we can help fix this. If the previous management company messed up your fence, we'll do what we need to do to make it right. Please reach out to me directly so I can help resolve this. My email is ****************

Negative Stars! During the winter storm February 2021, water poured into my apartment and High Fidelity could not be reached. Even their emergency service couldnt get an agent. When a manager finally responded the next day, I told her the ceiling was collapsing. She said they would not attempt any repairs until the snow and ice melted. I notified her it was unsafe and I was moving out. She agreed to refund the credit in my account and prorate February rent. The ceiling collapsed that night and I was hurrying in the debris and dust to evacuate. The day after I left, I received a Release which did not even prorate February rent and they insisted I had to sign to get my money back. On February 25, 3 days after I moved, they took my credit balance and charged an additional $47. The lease terminated after I gave them notice and the appropriate time to cure but they still charged me for March! High Fidelitys general counsel wrote if I did not sign, the lease would remain very much in effect and I was even assessed a late fee. He threatened to pursue this to the fullest extent if I dont pay and report me to credit bureaus after I explicitly warned him not to. They retracted their Lease Termination and refused further communication after I cited my Tenants Rights under the Lease, ******* Codes and Ordinances. No property management should be this ruthless and cruel with a tenant. According to High Fidelity owner: Tenants rely on us to keep them safe and comfortable. It is a human business. Where was his humanity when I was forced to move out of my unsafe apartment in the middle of a winter storm and pandemic with no assistance from High Fidelity? Where was the concern for my safety and comfort when my ceiling collapsed like so many others in ******* this February and High Fidelity only compounded my hardship? I hope other tenants, like me, are having an easier time with their landlords and managers. Do yourself a favor, stay away from High Fidelity Property Management.
