Levav Properties is putting their residents at risk by not following up on maintenance orders that involve the safety of their residents. Locks broken, easy access to enter apartments buildings and/or residents being locked out due to Locks malfunctioning and or broken locks.Initial Complaint

I live at ************************** the property is owned by Levav Properties - located at *************************************************** ************. There has been water leaking in my bathroom ceiling since April 8th when I put in the *************** request. There has been 2 more since then also several phone calls were made to the property and the only response was we have put in a work order. my ceiling is now starting to have large bubbles and the water is coming from the light fixture in the celing as a constant rapid drip. No one at Levav Properties has contacted us directly or via the tenant portal to advise when the problem will be fixed. Today is April 15th and nothing still has not been done. I cannot take a shower or bath.Customer response

This rental property claims to take over my apartment building. As a responsible tenant I paid my rent to them just to find out they are not taking over my building. This gave me fraudulent checks and refuse to give me my money back.Initial Complaint

My name is ***********************. I have been moved into a unit located *************** on the 3rd floor for about 3 weeks. Since I have been here, I have noticed roaches, Im obligated to pay rent but the company has not giving me access to the building Im paying rent. My toilet was clogged for 4 days, pushing back sewage water, spilling on the floor creating little bugs, and after sending in maintenance request everyday only to be ignored. The neighbors have created fire hazard in front of my back preventing me from getting out in the event a fire were to be broken out. Both unit doors do not securely lock. I asked for a transfer of unit to prevent any serious health and personal issues. My request with Levav Properties at ************ has been a horrible experience and Im not getting any results from property management or COO ****************************I can be contacted at ************ or response via this email.Best *****,Business response

Work orders were created from 4/7-4/25. Work order #**-1 on April 7th was regarding a key for the building, you received the key April 17th. Work order #***-1 on April 9th about your toilet being clogged and the toilet was replaced April 19th. Keys were exchanged, and repairs have been made to your unit as timely as we were made aware of these concerns. We took management of this property April 1,2023, we are still transitioning the work orders from the old company and working towards making things more convenient and accessible for all tenants. This being no excuse, please understand we have been working very hard towards these matters and are taking them very serious. As far as the new work orders entered 4/25, we will have maintenance out asap to resolve those issues. I will have your property manager contact you about the hazard on your back porch. We at Levav Properties apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you during this time.
