When I lived in ** I went to Hanger Clinic to get a foot insert for my Birth defect leg as I cant walk without it. The staff member there didnt listen to what I I wanted for my foot and he told me he knew how to do it and I had no say in the matter. He was condescending to me. I received the insert and couldnt wear it because it was not properly fitted or made for my foot. I have a rare birth defect and the product caused my foot pain and discomfort. Instead of dealing with hanger clinic the staff member that was condescending to me I sent my state of ************************* the complaint and said that I cant except this and I was not even allowed to give my input on this product and that I they looked it the matter and agreed to not approve the payment as that foot insert was inappropriate for my needs. It was unacceptable and they replied that they took care of the issue. 2.5 years later I received a bill from Hanger Clinic account **************** to pay $481.11. I never heard from them until now and claiming I owe this amount. I never accepted the foot insert and I feel that this is justified. Please help me with this matter. I dont owe them anything. on january 15th 2024 i slipped and fell and broke my shoulder in 3 spots, made a trip to corewell health/***************** in **********. The ** doctor gave me a very basic sling to take home and a prescription for a much better for long term use. 2 months later i get a bill from the hanger clinic because corewell health outsources some of their medical supplies to the hanger clinic. Anyways they send me a bill for $303.00 for a sling that costs $7.29 at carelink medical supply right in town. For the sling the dr gave me a prescription for which was a cadillac of slings compared to the yugo of slings i was given at the hospital only cost me $59.00. I called the hospital to complain and they said i would have to take it up with the hanger clinic. The hanger clinic couldn't even tell me what sling i was sent home with,just that a certain billing code was used but it is attached to all their slings. Not a single person can even tell me what sling was given to me other than i owe them $303.00 for a $7.29 basic sling. This is price gouging to the extreme and one of the many issues plaguing or nations medical system because there is no account ability from both Hanger CLinic and corewell health. Not a single person from the hospital or the hanger clinic can even verify which sling i was given.Initial Complaint

I received a package from ******** for a part ordered on August 10, 2023, which was ordered on I attempted to order on April 2023, and lost communications with, and could not regain contact with them. Since then. I was never contacted or received any other communication by them. The part was charged to one of my cards of which I am trying to track down. Regardless, I purchased the part through ***** Parts, late April, and have not heard from anything from them. I attempted to contact several ******* parts departments from the internet to several numbers and none of their parts, customer representees, or offices could assist me. I have no idea what I am supposed to use as a reference since the invoice only provides an invoice # **********, with an address on the bottom of ******* Electronics *******, GPC ********************************************************, and the *** tracking information provide even less details of its origin.
