Subscribed to the magazine "In These Times" for 2 yrs with a check for $36.95. Check was cashed and I received the magazine at first, until I moved permanently to another state. Tried to contact the business to change my address and continue receiving the magazine, to no avail. There is no phone number listed on their website. They list a physical address and say that people can contact them by sending a letter, which I did, but it was never answered. I also sent a request for help by submitting a message on their "contact us" page. This was never answered. Their "customer service" link, takes you to a page in which you need either (a) your account number (off an old copy of the magazine, which of course I don't have) or (b) an email address, which they had never asked for before, and which I never gave them. So this "customer service" page is useless. I want a pro-rated refund of my subscription price because my magazines are not being received. I tried my best but can't get through to them. They apparently are just a moneymaking scam for their chosen political party/ politicians.
