They took my payment, then 6 months later they called to ask if they could change my appointment time. I have been happy with them for the past 4 years up till now so I said ok. Then the next day they left a voicemail saying there was a billing error on their end and that they were just going to cancel my appointment, now less than 60 days away. I have been looking forward to this for the last 6 months so it is extremely disappointing. I tried to come to a reasonable settlement with them but they were completely unreasonable about it and kept taking more away or saying I had to do it at a time that I was not available for. The xtreme xperience was and extremely disappointing experience...... Don't get your hopes up.Review from Barbara F

I want to first say the people I encountered at the Pocanos Raceway where I did the Xtreme experience were very nice and helpful. That being out of the equation, this is a huge waste of money. It's costly and very short. Maybe, and I can't really speak to this ** I don't have this experience, but maybe if you had experience with proformance cars/racing etc this would be a good time. However, having no experience and not being used to the track, car or even having an adequate time to get familiar,. it's not worth it. Mind you, this isn't being advertised as you having to have any prior experience. Huge let down. Also, for all that money, they don't offer you any media (video/pics ) for free! You have to pay extra.....no t shirt ... hat... nothing.Review from Heather F

I so wish I would have read the. Other reviews before being sucked into this Xperience or lack thereof. Signed up for what i interpreted as three laps around the *** racetrack with my son to celebrate his birthday. Well we got to drive on about 1/44 of the track and did about 2.5 laps with the missing half the main straightaway. What a complete joke and waste if money. Contacted customer service and they are useless as well would not even consider a partial refund. I f your up for throwing away $1k, I'd say that's a better deal than doing an Xtreme Xperience.Review from Ryan W

In December of 2021, my wife purchased the Open Road ****** Tour for me as a Christmas gift to drive the new Porsche 992 GT3, ******* 488 GTB, and the Lamborghini Huracan Spyder. I've been looking forward to it for the past eight months. My wife, kids, and I booked two nights at a hotel in Napa and drove up to have a fun weekend. Saturday, August 20th, we left the hotel at 1:45 pm to make the 2:30 pm meet time at the ****** raceway. On the way to the event, we received a call from Xtreme Xperience to let us know we were late and we were supposed to arrive at 1:45 pm. ** didn't send us a notification, didn't send us an email, and we had no idea about the time change. Upon arrival at 2:30 pm, we were confronted by the same lady who called us and said the insurance information was incorrect and we needed to show another portion of our insurance policy. Again no feedback till we arrived; the whole situation and experience were horrible.Once we made check-in, I confirmed I was driving the GT3, Lambo, and *******, sat down in the classroom for the debrief, and was about to go outside, and the same lady told us, oh, you are in the Corvette and AMG today. I looked at her; no, that isn't what my wife booked me, and that isn't what you told me when I first checked in. The story gets better; the Corvette has a mechanical issue and is out of commission. The entire process turned into two hours of back and forth with the employees of **. At this point, it's 4 pm, and no one has left for the Open Road tour; others have already booked the GT3 Lambo and ******* and finally go. The main organizer then came up to me and said, I want to make this right. Can we have you come back next weekend to do a half-day in all the cars? I, of course, said that sounds amazing! So, I rebooked for Sunday, August 28th, at 7:30 am. Super pumped about being able to drive all of the cars, not so pumped about wasting so much time, effort, and money on gas and a two-night hotel stay in Napa.Review from J. M

Not only did this company endanger my life, they refuse to refund my money. Upon noticing that the day of my scheduled drive in September (the beginning of the rainy season here in Washington state, which everyone knows but is somehow the only time of year when this company is in this area, go figure [please take note: customer safety is not a concern of this company in any way, shape, or form, nor is customer service of any kind]). When I noticed on Monday that Friday (the day of my scheduled drive) seemed to be predicting a very large storm, I contacted the company to inquire about weather conditions. I was told that they notify customers when events were canceled due to weather. I explained that I live three hours one way away from the track (three hours on the freeway each way of a very difficult drive) and needed to know of any cancellations immediately. I was told they would let customers know at least two hours before the appointment. One hour before the appointment when I was two hours into a very perilous drive where my car was blown around by heavy winds, skidded all over the freeway due to hydroplaning in heavy rain, and had no visibility alongside big rigs, they finally texted to say that the drive was canceled. I had to drive all the way back home for nothing. They canceled at the last minute, not me. Them. The ball was in their court, and they stomped all over the ball and destroyed it.I am a practical person. Six hours on a very busy freeway for five minutes on a track simply makes no sense. I generally make decisions based on cost/benefit analysis, and this was a heavy cost, no benefit situation. My sister, unfortunately, booked the drive for me for my birthday without asking me first, or I would have insisted that she not book it. But she did, and I love my sister, so I decided to just do it. One miserable day out of my life to make my sister happy, and it was done, and I never had to deal with it again. Leading up to the day, I thought of everything in the book to get out of it. I had reviewed the policies. I knew my sister was excited. I could just not disappoint her, so I chose to do it. I held up my end of the bargain. I did everything I was supposed to do, including calling before to ask to be notified about the weather due to the very long distance I would be driving in extremely dangerous conditions. I have a very lightweight, small car ******* Yaris). I also have some health issues that make driving this far very risky, especially in heavy or dangerous driving conditions, which is why I moved to a smaller community from *********** a few years ago to avoid traffic and long drives. Not a single ounce of responsibility or accountability by this company. Totally unprofessional and unscrupulous. Rip off artists. Scam.Review from Lars C

This is basically a bait and switch company. The "vouchers" they sell are supposed to bre redeemable for various dates and locations with the car level you selected, however they sell more vouchers than available reservations. The company's response is that they do not refund vouchers because it "affects their financials." This is the actual quote from them left on my voice mail. So I am stuck with a voucher that *** or *** not be good, depending if you can find a reservation near you that works and assuming they have the car level available that you bought. Many tracks only have more expensive or less expensive cars so you either pay more or lose-out completely. You cannot use the vouchers to upgrade nor downgrade. Essentially the bottom line is that this company sells fake vouchers that cannot ever possibly all be used. I would love some data on how many vouchers they sell annual vs. how many actual reservations are available. I think this would definitely shed some light on how they make money. I highly recommend you avoid purchasing a voucher from this company. If you do, you are essentially buying a numeric code that is worth nothing.
