On March 8, 2024 I met Realtor ************************************* in my home. We discussed the matter of selling my home and allowing me to move into a condo home and the best way to do this was by doing a contingency where I would move in to my new place and they would take procession of my home. This sounds like the deal I was looking to consider. I know that I was aging and I wanted to relieve myself from the hard work of caring for a lawn, garage and brushes. I repeated over and over with ******* that I am a widow and I receive widow benefits which limit my ability to care for my home properly. I really wanted to sell and take the proceeds and buy a condo which is smaller and has no outside responsibility. He promised me that he could make this happen. ******* gave me directions on how to get started. I located a condo in **************** and ******* check into it but t had some problems so I located another condo in *************************** checked it out and it was available I needed to get the appraisal and have the Village of ******* come do their inspection on my home. I was eager to get started. I ran into money I was not expecting but in my mind it was the perfect place and I would benefit because it was in the Suburbs this would be an easy process. Well it took more time then any of us expected. Finally we were at the point where I needed to get the meter read and that came along with my water being shut off . I had transferred all my utilities changed my cable company. I needed to put in $1000 for ******* money, pay for my inspection $250. I had to hired people to do the work $1900 including movers and U haul services twice listening to the Realtor directions. The necessary repairs were in the $1000's. I received an email from *********************************** attorney for Castle law requesting that I bring $29,000 cash to the closing the next morning. I was shocked they knew my circumstances and yet ignored my request to only transfer the home in question. I still need to sell my house

My Realtor fraudulently represented both sides of a real estate transaction and lied to me repeatedly.
