            Rocket Lease allows landlords and tenants to manage lease applications online rather than using traditional paper forms. Their application software uses a 128 Bit SSL security system, the same encryption and security level that banks use. Each account has a dashboard, where all applications are stored for ease of access. The site is free for property managers.  Applicants pay a small fee per application. Property managers can use ready-made applications, or customize forms. The website automatically begins state and national credit and background checks once an applicant's information has been received. Information is sent directly to property managers. Applications are stored on the website's server so that applicants can reuse their information. Property managers can accept or reject an application directly from their dashboard, and the applicant will be informed via email.
