On 7/11 our landlord, *****************************, had our shower fully removed and we were told it would take 2-3 days to replace. We have now gone without a functioning shower for over a week and all attempts to contact the landlord since 7/12 have been unsuccessful. There is a massive hole in our bathroom floor posing a safety risk. For one day, this hole was covered with material that, unknown to us, was not weight bearing. The covering cracked under me as I stepped on it causing me to fall forward and hit my head on the exposed wood beam. Their solution to us not having a shower was to give us keys to shower in a different unit which was located in a different building down the street. Last night (7/17), while I was preparing to shower in that unit, a man walked in on me in the bathroom while I was fully ****. ****** had provided that man with keys and sent him to that unit knowing we were using that unit to shower. This has resulted in extreme emotional distress as they put us in a vulnerable and dangerous situation.
