After receiving emails to subscribe to their trip planning program, I signed up on 3/18/2022 and paid using my **** card. I received the login information and attempted to make reservations using the program. The campgrounds would not honor the pricing that I was told would be available to me. On April 15, I sent an email to cancel and refund my money. I was given a 90 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. I followed up by email on 4/21, 4/25 and 5/3. I then called on 5/9 and the representative, ******, led me to believe he would refund my money. When I did not get it, I called again on 5/24. He asked why I wanted to cancel and I told him that I was a member of Thousand Trails and did not need it anymore. He started to discredit them and then hung up on me. I called back and told him, if I did not get my money, I would tell this story to every RV site that I could.He called me back and told me to do that because he was not refunding my money to me. On both calls, he used swear words including the * word. He was screaming at me and not making any sense talking about no one is camping because of diesel prices, etc. He stated I would not get a refund, never call him again and he hung up on me again.
