Business charge a 3% rate for using credit card payment. After being aware of this I offered to pay my check with cash.. I was still charged ****** after paying the store manager 118.00$ cash. I was told my card will be refunded. And its been two weeks an that has not happened.. *** reached out to the store manager as well as we corporate office an still no response. My purchase was made on April 9 I called in a order for delivery I taste the food and it was terrible I called the restaurant to tell them first it was a back and forth telling me the manager was not there and then he came to the phone to tell me he can remake but I'm just not getting a refund I did not want a remake because I had already waited a hour for some horrible food and did not want the same thing to happen again my total was $29.75 I paid $22 on my card and the balance and tip in cash I still have the product in my refrigerator I have called and left message plenty of times for the business to contact me and they never responded back
