Hello,On August 29, 2022 I ordered food from Colletti's Restaurant thru Grubhub. The original bill totaled $98.42 which was put on my credit card. A short time after I received an email stating the total was amended. Apparently a $4.00 fee was added to the bill because, and I quote, "customer requested in special instructions". What I requested was for the driver too call me upon arrival and not to just drop off the food. I have been requesting this for years and have never been charged a fee.. I spoke to ***** from ******* on a chat yesterday, September 3rd about the charge. He said it was an addon from the restaurant. My complaint concerns why the charge was not on the original bill. I find it deceptive that the bill was adjusted after the order had been placed. This practice is truly unfortunate. The original bill should have been honored.
