On 11/5/22, we placed an online order at ************************* in Lawndale for delivery to the **** campus in *******. We had a two-hour visit with our ****** child and we placed the order within the first half hour (11:30am). The estimated delivery window was 12:20pm-12:35pm. The online tracker never updated the status beyond the first icon and it said delivery in 15 to 17 minutes every time we refreshed it, for 90 minutes. We called several times and were told the pizza was on the way. We finally had to leave because our visit time had ended so we called and asked to cancel the order and have it refunded. We were told it was refunded and they would email us details on the refund. What we were emailed was just another copy of the receipt, so we called back and were told again that we had been refunded. I do not know if the pizza was ever delivered. I sent a Contact Form explaining the situation to the corporate email ************************************** on 11/12/2022. On 11/21/2022, they emailed back that they would refund me. They asked for the last four digits of my credit card, which I sent that same day, and I have not heard from them since - despite sending a follow-up email 11/26/2022. The $68.11 charge is still on my credit card and nothing has been credited to my account by *** Malnatis.
