This company is unprofessional and deceitful. There representatives and management make empty promises and do not follow through with there commitments. They will do or say anything to obtain and retain customers. I have 11 years experience witnessing there behavior. RUNReview from Duncan S

I signed up to three different rewards network programs with three different credit cards - the **** Hilton, and Marriott dining programs. I tried numerous restaurants that I would not otherwise have gone to, but was happy to try out. However, points never posted. I wrote in using the website forms and did not get replies. After a couple weeks I tried calling customer service to ask about the missing points. I was told to call later. I tried again several more times over the next few months. Although the website says points should post within 10 days I received a different answer each time about why they hadn't and was given different dates for how long it might take (up to six weeks). While the program is free, there is an opportunity cost for not using other programs, like Rakuten, as only one such program can be added to any credit card. To those who get points, congratulations, but I strongly recommend that others considering the program look at better alternatives.Review from Amy G

You pay for customers that you already have. They call and say they are being referred by other vendors but just like everything else they tell you its all smoke and mirrors. Youre stuck in a contract and if you want to change your dates then youll need to sign another contract. Any positive reviews for this scam is obviously written by the business themselves. Any restraint owner who thinks paying 15% for marketing is obviously not looking to closely at their margins. $7500 mistakeReview from Kevin S

Horrible to deal with. After being a customer for 10 years I tried to cancel and they made it extremely difficult. It took 6 weeks. Sales rep ******* even respond to my emails so I blocked the **** Then they sent threatening emails about non payment and actions they will take. Do not use this company. This is disgraceful how they treat customers they have had this long. Do yourself a favor and keep the 13% in your pocket.Review from Charles S

All the customers they send in is pure profit to my restaurant. None of my fixed costs increase and I dont even need to buy extra food to accommodate the few customers they send in daily.They gave me money in advance for the customers and I got the Monday the next business day. No need for a loan and its solely paid back with new business. Biggest no brainer decision for any establishment that sells food/***. It is impossible to lose money with this program because they only charge when a dining club member visits the restaurant. I plan to renew my pre-purchase soon and continue to grow my business with this fantastic partnership.Review from Nora A

I tried to cancel on May 1st and as of June 16th they continue to debut from my business account.As a single mother and business owner, I feel they are taking advantage of small business owners and may have to contact my financial institution to block future charges.Do not deal with these people.Review from Julia C

This company helped increase my bottom line profit margins and pre-pay for the customers they send in later. Its the only way to successfully connect you to hotel and airline members either staying locally or traveling through the area. Ive been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and Rewards Network is the best partnership you can acquire.
