      I have had multiple problems with this place, and have had to complain several times. Tonight I went to the drive-thru, ordered my food, and pulled around to the window. The gentleman taking orders could not be bothered to get me my food or even acknowledge me- instead, he chose to wait on the the people in back of me. I could see my food, sitting on the counter. I motioned to him and the others working near the window, and NO ONE could be bothered to help me. I sat there for several minutes. When he finished taking an order, I thought he would FINALLY help me, but he didn't. He began pouring drinks for the people behind me- I do not understand why they were more important than I. At this point, I was so angry I was shaking, I went inside to get my food. The girl at the register looked at me as if I were in the wrong, which was totally inappropriate. Then another woman stepped in to offer excuses as to why the man ignored me. Completely unacceptable.

      My wife and I went through the drive-thru of a Wendy's on 08/18 around 9:20 PM CST. The employee who took our order split our order into two transactions and suggested that WE instructed her to do so. We didn't. Next, the employee retrieved her manager to take our order because, "she couldn't do this drive-thru." Mind you, it's been roughly 15 minutes thus far. Her manager arrives, takes our order (or so we thought!) and proceeds to charge my wife's credit card to pay for our food. After 1-2 minutes of fiddling with her credit card, she notices she was double charged and the manager handed us her card back and claimed it "didn't work." OK, no worries! I use my Apple Card, pay for our food and we left. When we got home, not only did we notice we paid $45 in total for food worth <$20 but our food was ALL incorrect. I don't typically complain but this was literally the WORST experience I've ever had in my life at a fast food resturaunt. Normally, I do not complain but I am allergic to onions and I feel as if two employees taking my order (the manager and I being face to face at the drive-thru window) should be enough but clearly it wasn't.To put things simply, my wife and I want a full refund on BOTH cards. I've attached photos (one of our credit cards, the other of our incorrect order) and can provide any further information as necessary. To Wendy's - please hire competent employees. "Fast food" shouldn't take 30 minutes and the fact that your employees (and management!) blatantly disregard customer requests is baffling and alarming.
