Order a Casket Pillow for My Mom funeral 01/16/2024 the pillow never came I Call Them they Stated that they substituted the Pillow and send **** Petals instead of the pillow they Never notified me of this change and they wont give Me a Refund the Pillow was only $65 Dollars and if They do Bad business for for $65 Dollars they dont need to be in business Please Stay Clear of ************Initial Complaint

I Purchased the flowers for same day delivery. Something was wrong with CVC code on card. They immediately called and emailed as well. I spoke to her we was able to get a new card. And asked if i minded they be delivered on Monday. At that point they already charged my account. I relucctantly agreed. Monday came, 429 pm i emailed them, I received an email receipt stating they had been delivered at 4:23pm on 4/25/22. I emailed them 530pm and decided to call, I spoke with a young lady who was adamant that they were already delivered. I insisted they were not. My mother in law said she never got them. Why would she lie. I asked for my money back they said they were going to send the driver out. I said no just want my money back at this point. Said no not until they deliver them and she rejects them. Some unidentified person starts speaking on the phone, assuming owner, I advised I was unsatisfied with flower shop, she just offered to deliver flowers. I told her I work for a company who does weddings and events and this is unprofessional, I will type a poor review. She tells me she is going to find my place of employment and file a compliant too! Absolutely poor business practice. No refund showing. She says I am going home now, if anything i will get more details to find out what happened. I just want my money back. Didn't offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Owner also said she didn't need my measly 60 dollars.
