      I have ordered through FTD 6 times now over a period of 7 years and each time they have failed to deliver on time 5 times, failed to deliver to the correct address 3 times and i have had to get refunds 2 times for the orders not even being redelivered. The most recent time being August 31st, 2024 and today September 1st, 2024. They showed the ordered delivered yesterday to the business that my girlfriend works at, when it wasn't delivered there at all. If the driver had simply Called Her Number which was listed along with the delivery, and which was included with the delivery instructions "Call .... at xxx-xxx-xxxx when delivering" they would have known that wherever they said they delivered to was not where they should be.After 4 calls spaced 30 mins/30 mins/40 mins/1.5 hours apart respectively, I was asked for a redelivery address because the business was now closed and my girlfriend would not be working on Sunday. I gave her home address, the agent I spoke to volunteered the name of the complex, and confirmed her address and phone number and assured me the delivery would happen on Sunday between 9am - 6pm. At 5:09 pm (local time where my girlfriend lives) I called FTD to find out the status of the delivery. The agent I spoke to said they have as delivered on Saturday, August 31st. I told the agent that is was not delivered, I had 4 phone calls yesterday about the fact it was not delivered and had a guarantee of delivery for today, Sun, September 1st. Not only did the agent not see that information but she also did not see the redelivery address information, and wanted me to give her all the information again to set up a redelivery for September 3rd. The flowers were for my girlfriend's birthday, so NO I didn't not want another delivery attempt for Sept 3rd. I let them know I wanted a full refund.Needless to say I will find another way to deliver all of my flower orders in the future.

      After searching online for an hour I ordered the Clear Skies Bouquet to be delivered to my sister. The initial order and subsequent replacement order were NOT the arrangement I ordered. I will never order from FTD again, and would advise others not to, unless they prefer to have the florist decide completely on their own how to fulfill the order you are placing.

      I placed an order on 8/29/2024 before noontime, for a flower arrangement to be delivered on 8/29/2024 to specfic address and individual. I recieved an email from FTD.COM at 12:11 noon, confirming my order and via confirmation number and the $90.93 had already been withdrawn from bank account. At 12:41 I recieved an email from FTD.COM, stating as follows: Dear Valued Customer,"Thank you for your recent order. Unfortunately, we cannot process the order until we speak with you and verify some questions regarding the billing information. Please get in touch with customer service at to speak ************************ with a ***resentative so we can begin working on your order immediately.Please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience. We look forward to hearing from you soon.Customer Service **********************" I called the number at approximately 5:30pm. I was told that FTD.COM had to verify my information before they could fullfill the order. I answered a few of their questions, then became suspicious of the reason for the verification since they already had withdrew my money from my banking account. I asked why all of the questions and was told that they have to verify everything before the order could be processed.I asked the customer service *** to cancel my order and I asked for a cancelation confirmation number or something. I was told that they don't do that and I had to wait 24 to 72 hours after the non validation of my information, before the order would be canceled, at which time my money would be refunded.Just as others have said and apperently have had a negative experience with ensuring orders were fulfilled by FTD.com, I too feel that this company creates false hope. I do not recommend.I will be contacting the respective State ************************ to investigate FTD.COM and their perceived deceptive practices. On top of that, I will be contacting a few ***** News Outlets to give this company some needed public exposure.

      The email sent on 7/1124 at 10:15 a.m. advised the order was delivered. The Pastor of the church arrived by 12 noon. The picture that the delivery rep. took supports the flower was placed on the ground outside in front of the Church. It was not delivered to the recipient; anybody could have walked by and picked up those flowers. However, the recipient: on behalf of her deceased father did not receive the flowers. And I am out of $113.40. This company creates false hope. I do not recommend.

      Ordered a specific arrangement from FTD . Cost approximately $160.00. THE Recipient received an embarrassing arrangement from JEWEL/OSCO that I see retails for approximately $60.00. I was never notified that arrangement wouldnt e coming from one of two local florists who dont include DAISIES in arrangements in the price range I paid for.I would like the price I paid sent to the recipient.

      Paid extra for a Saturday delivery, but *** they service they used could not deliver because business was closed, but it wasn't. Delayed delivery to Monday. This is not what I wanted, and the person will probably never receive them since only works Friday - Sunday. My mistake was using your service. A waste of $100

      They advertise same day delivery, but then, once its too late in the day for you to order from anywhere else, let you know that they cant make your delivery. This company needs to be shut down for false advertising.

      I do not want to leave even one star after all the times FTD representatives lied just to get me off the phone. The flowers my son sent for Mother's Day were of such poor quality that most of the bouquet did not bloom. They turned brown within a week. I called the service number on the delivery confirmation email sent to my son to report my complaint and to get a refund or new flowers. I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day. When they weren't delivered, I called another 3 times, and each time I was told the flowers would be delivered the next day. I spoke via chat online with both a robot and person before submitting this complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I wanted to see if FTD would satisfactorily resolve this problem. I told the person I did not want my son's money to be wasted. Within this chat the only thing that was said was that there was no such order number on record; therefore, they could do nothing to resolve this problem. The order number is from the delivery confirmation email sent to my son.I made every attempt to get satisfaction from FTD. I told them It was their decision to send a bouquet of equal value, give my son a refund, or do nothing. If they decided to do nothing, I would submit my complaint to the BBB. I now realize that a complaint means nothing to FTD, a company in bankruptcy, but I will have had my chance to contribute to the process in place to correct this kind of poor business practice.

      I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star. I ordered flowers on May 7th, 2024 for delivery on May 10th, 2024. I emailed customer service stating that ********************** were not delivered. I received a return email stating I would be contacted within 24 hours but it usually is sooner. Still no word from FTD as of today. I called on May 10th, 2024 and they told me there was no florist available but would be delivered Sunday. Really no florist available for Mothers Day flower delivery. Then the tracking app stated that my order was assigned to a florist. I called again on May 11th and was told that a shipping label was created and would be delivered on May 12, 2024. Well still no response from FTD as of today. No flowers delivered as of today. **************** is awful. I was hung up on twice and it seemed like there was a party going on when I called. Very disappointing in this company. I figured since theyve been around since ************************************************************************************* business this long I guess its buyer beware.

      Shortly after ordering a bouquet and a box of chocolates that cost over $100 for a Mother's Day gift, I received and email from FTD-saying that they were sorry for the inconvenience and despite their best efforts that my order was rejected by the florist and unable to be delivered by the original date scheduled to be delivered. I called later that day where a man on the line assured me, more than once that there was no chance our order would be rejected a second time and that they would be delivered the following day around 8AM and promising an additional refund of $6 for the inconvenience. The second day comes, again I receive the same email and no refund. I requested that the order be cancelled with a full refund. They said that they could cancel the order but only give a partial payment, seeing as there was already a $6 refund showing as given. The additional $6 that they promised to provide for the inconvenience. They decided to include that "additional" amount for the inconvenience in the total cost of the "full" refund. Please, do NOT. Purchase with this company. It was a complete waste of my time and money! A huge disappointment.
