      Ordered from Gekks on April 26. No order was provided. I reached out on May 6 to customer support asking about my order and was given an order number. The item finally arrived on May 11. I requested a return immediately, and have done so via email every day since. The company has not responded and there is no other contact information available. The return window closes May 26. I want a refund.

      November 21, 2023 I placed an order on myGekks.com in the amount of $52,90. The amount was immediately charged from my credit card. I did not receive a receipt or confirmation email for this order (no, it is also not in my spam or junk folder). On November 21, 22, 27, 28th, I contacted Gekks to ask for a receipt, and confirmation email and to ask when I can expect the item. So far, they have not been able to respond to my requests. I initially received a request where they said they were resending it but it was never received, since then nothing. I tried reaching out on Instagram and it said there was no one ******* the account. There is no phone number or additional way to contact this company. I've used this product without any issues a couple of years ago with no issues. Today, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. This business has become what appears to be a scam.

      Placed an order on 10/15. Received an email thanking me for my order and offering a discount for a second purchase. However, I never received an order confirmation email with order details and an order number. On 10/20 I emailed customer service to ask what my order # was and the shipping status. I received no reaponse and emailed again on 10/26. Customer support did respond this time saying they resent the confirmation email. After checking my email inbox, spam, and trash folder, I responded that I still did not have a confirmation email. **************** said they sent it AGAIN. Over two weeks after placing the order, now 11/02, I still don't have any order information, shipping info, nor have I received the product. My bank account was immediately debited when I placed the order.

      I ordered two pairs of ballet flat socks and one pair of loafer socks on September 19, 2023. As of 10/3/23 my order has not yet shipped. I have sent multiple emails and have tried to contact the company on their social media pages, but it says it is not monitored. They do not have a phone number listed. The only way to get ahold of the company is through an email, which they do not answer.

      September 15, 2023 I placed an order on myGekks.com in the amount of $52,90. The amount was immediately charged from my credit card. On September 27, I contacted Gekks to ask for a receipt, and confirmation email and to ask when I can expect the item. So far, they have been unable to provide me with the requested receipt or confirmation email. They provided a 'shipping link', but the link they provided does not show the item being shipped. I believe this business to be a scam. This company is giving me the run-around, are not providing real answers or details. I have lost faith that the product will actually be shipped.

      On 8/29/23 I ordered $120 worth of gekks. I did not receive a confirmation email or order number. I emailed them to request both and got no reply. But I have gotten emails since to "tell us why you think" of the product. I THEN searched online and found many many similar complaints. When enough time has lapsed I will dispute the charge on my credit card.

      On May 6, 2023, I ordered four pairs of Gekks socks. I was charged $40.90. I received a confirmation of shipping, without listing my order. I next received an email from ***************** saying that to get tracking information I needed to download the app. I did, and it requested complete access to my email account, which I denied. I then uninstalled the app and contacted support. **** sent me an email back on May 19th, saying they must have been lost in the mail, and that a replacement would be sent with a shipping confirmation. I have not received that confirmation, and reached back out (It is now May 25, 2023). My support request was 298799.I never received an order number, or an actual tracking number. I would like the product or refund. At this point, I think the refund is the safer bet though.

      I ordered a pair of socks from Gekks on 02/16/2023 and paid via PayPal. I never received a confirmation email for my order, only the email from PayPal. I never received my order. I contacted Gekks via message on their website multiple times, never received a reply. I contacted PayPal about the situation, they contacted Gekks and still I never heard anything from them. I escalated the case to a claim through PayPal and I still haven't heard from Gekks. I just want the pair of socks that I paid for.

      I placed an order with this company on 2/19/23. They charged my account but havent sent me as much as an order number, let alone any shipping information. They have not responded to multiple emails and do not list a customer service phone number. I feel like this company scammed me and I want my money back.

      I placed an order for a trial pack on 2/13 and they billed me on 2/14 but have not delivered the items. I have reached out to the company via email and Instagram, which is where I saw someone else post about their BBB rating.
