Hi, on 9/9/23 at about 8:**** transaction number ******, my friend and I went in to purchase a few items. As my friend continue to look around, I noticed an associate on FaceTime on her cellphone trying on belts. I ask can I use the public restroom she ignored so I asked again and she turned around with an attitude and said its out of order. I ask for a manager. As we proceeded to walk towards a manager she stopped at another associate and whispered to her and said there goes the manager. She walked upfront whispered to the manager and then I intervened and explained the unprofessionalism from the employee and I ask for the restroom. Manager replied its out of order. I then begin to continue shopping. As we begin to go towards the registers all the associates was whispering and talking. As we get to the register my friend purchased her items and I begin to purchase mines. The manager declined me and said you used it on the floor. I ask the manager do I look like someone that would do that? She said her associate told her I did, I said where? Come show me, she said she didnt know. The associate said well you told me you did. I told the manager she should know how to deal with Situations like this and there is no way I got accused of something like this with no proof or witnesses or evidence. Ask we exited. The security guard ran behind us and stopped us and accused us of stealing. (Please watch the exit cameras leaving out the store) he apologized an said they told me **** had something. My friend already paid for her items. My one pair of pants got denied at the register due to the bathroom situation. Please look into this situation. I felt harassed and disrespected. All I asked is for a full investigation and watch the cameras as much as possible.
