      Staples Business Advantage recently contacted the Town of ************* and set up an account for office supplies at a discounted rate. I am now just receiving notices that we are in arrears with them when we are not. The Screen shot I sent shows a credit balance on the account for $302.11 meanwhile they are billing me for $304.11. When I try and navigate their portal the message is:"Our systems are still under maintenance. Information displayed may be incomplete/inaccurate during this time. Please use the details in the Contact AR Support quick links to report any issues." I believe I was scammed into setting up this account and will no longer being doing business with them. Horrible experience.

      Staples had from 1/1/24 to 1/5/24 to pick up the return (item: *******) from order **********. It did not. I was out of town 1/8/24-1/10/24, and I informed Staples of this. Staples had today, 1/11/24 to pick up the return. At this point, I'll just leave it outside indefinitely starting on 1/12/24. If it gets stolen or wet, then it gets stolen or wet. I'm not sticking around any longer waiting. It can be picked up at any time. I keyed with a Staples chat agent a week ago who said the credit already went back to my card. The Staples chat agent today said the credit won't go through until it's been returned to the warehouse. The credit needs to go back now. If the package is stolen or damaged, it won't be my responsibility anymore, since I'm just leaving it outside unattended starting on 1/12/24.

      Requested a return on Oct. 18th 2023. The return was approved for $1116.80. They advised 3-5 business day *** pick up. We've reached out multiple times since that day, it is now Dec. 14th and it is still here. We called today the same run around answer that they "need to resubmit the request, and it will take 3-5 business day for pick-up". We work at a school, break is coming up and there will not be someone here for them to pick up.

      We received a statement from Staples. We reviewed the statement and saw that 2 items had been paid for and cleared out bank. The cleared checks and invoice numbers were emailed over to Staples. The next day we were told the items were deleted as Staples does not accept sensitive items as it is their corporate policy. I don't work for Staples why should I know their corporate policy? I then called and was told the same thing and provided a fax number. I then spent the 48 hours trying to find a place to fax the information over and did. After 24 hours, I did not receive a response to the fax being received. I then spoke with ********************* who promised to expedite and was sent to the credit department. Once I received an email contact from the credit department, I started receiving the same response, we deleted your information and needed to be faxed. I then provided the information again and asked them to stop deleting the proof of payment, go and review their bank accounts, and credit the account for the payments. I have received no further response. The items were paid, attached are the clear checks. This correspondence should have been quick, but has resulted in Staples doing nothing but running me in circles.

      I purchased a Brother HL-L6200DWT dual tray printer from Staples Advantage on 6/21/2023. I immediately got an email that said my order was cancelled. So, I ended up buying a used printer for half the cost. They ended up delivering the printer on 6/28/2023 still and I initiated a return on July 11, 2023. They sent me a packing slip and stated to allow 1 - 5 business days for a courier to come pick it up. I had to call them because I live in an apartment and told them instructions on how to come pick it up. I've since then called, emailed, and chatted to representatives through their website. They have not come and picked up the printer and refuse to give me a shipping label to drop it off with ***** or *** myself. I even tried going to a Staples store (which is a seperate entity) to get it resolved and they asked the rep on the phone if I could leave the printer with them to pick up there but Staples Advantage refused to do so. The last time I called was 8/4/2023 and the rep said she put an urgent request to have this picked up and should be picked up by Monday...yesterday but still no one has contacted me and I still have the printer. I bought this on a credit card and am being charged interest on it. This is unacceptable and should have been resolved a long time ago. Please help me any way you can.

      I purchased a Brothers printer and a 2 Year Exchange Warranty, never received the warranty. I called Staples Advantage support and emailed support and I talked to managers and one of them was named *****, she got mad and said I'm not going to argue with you and hung up. Next time I called I spoked to ****************, she was nice, but I'm still getting the run around.Order #**********

      I am a high school teacher who received a ***** from the ******* ********** of ********* for classroom equipment. One of the items arrived broken -the item details follow:ORDERED ITEM(S): ITEM ORDERED: ****** ITEM SHIPPED: 24****** PRICE: $75.99 ITEM DESC: ULTRABRITE VINTAGE LED DESK LA QTY ORDERED: 1 QTY SHIPPED: 0 QUANTITY CANCELLED: 0 QTY BACKORDERED: 1 ORDER DATE: 5/31.2022; BACKORDER DATE: 06/22/2022 ================================================I no longer live at the ship to address. Staples Advantage has outright refused to pick up the item nor will they accept it at their store. They also gave a window of 10 business days for the *** driver to pick up the item at an address I no longer have access to. Please advise on how this can be resolved since I have the broken item in may possession. Thank you.
