On 6/25/24 I ordered 2 lamp shades totaling $70.00 from ********* online store. Urbanest Living sells lamp shades through their website, among other store websites.Delivery day arrived but the lamp shades did not. I called ******* to tell them I did not receive the shipment, but was told I have to wait 5 business days to file a missing package complaint. When the time came to file a complaint, I called ********* customer service number and service rep told me that I would get a refund. Twenty minutes later I got an email saying the package was delivered. It was not. I called ******* again and again was told I would get a refund. Another email came a few hours later saying the purchase was a third party sale and I would have to contact Urbanest Living, the company that shipped the shades. Their customer service reps keep insisting that the package was delivered, even though the tracking history shows that the delivery was not made initially because the address was wrong, which it was not. Then they told me to look around my front door for the package...I live on the 2nd floor of a condominium or knock on some of my neighbor's doors to see if they have it. They don't. The package never arrived.I have attached a copy of the entire tracking history and where the package gets handed off from **** to ********* carrier (Ithink). Notice where it says - "Street number is incorrect". The address is the same I have always used with *******, where both successful deliveries have been made.Business response

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order placed on 06/23/2024 for 2 lampshades. We have shipped out two lampshades via *** with the following tracking numbers: 1Z67A367YW93602701 and 1Z67A367YW98750882. The proof of delivery and delivery confirmation pictures are attached above.
However, based on our recent conversation on the ******* platform, you indicated that you have not received these packages. In response, we have sent out 2 replacement lampshades with the following *** tracking numbers: 1Z67A367YW99326071 and 1Z67A367YW99421468 on 07/08/2024. These replacements are currently in transit and should be delivered shortly.
