The *** is holding funds that the Social security sent to them in November and each time I inquire the processing date is change for the processing time they are allowed to process with additional days added.Initial Complaint

Over the years the survivor's benefits Department of the Railroad Retirement Board makes mistakes claiming that they overpaid me. the last time this happened I was given the option for them to take the amount out of my monthly annuity. this year August 17th 2023 I left a voicemail and I sent multiple emails to that department only for them to not respond at all. they sent me the same letter and did not address the issue of me not having the option for them to take the payment out. they are claiming that interest will occur if I don't pay the debt. this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I'm a senior citizen and retired. I should never be inconvenient for the mistakes that these morons consistently make. they don't have good customer service or customer relations or professionalism or ethics. So I am forced to make this complaint. again I am not trying to dispute the amount even though I don't believe anything they say. I want the option like I had the last time they made this mistake which is for them to Simply take whatever they claim they overpaid me out of my monthly annuity.Initial Complaint

I am supposed to collect unemployment every 2 weeks and the Railroad Retirement Board refuses to adhere to this schedule. I have not received any funds in 3 weeks and it continues to get worse each week. I have paid towards unemployment for the past 19 years and they have no right to continue to play games. Also my 6 year old son needs medication daily and I have no funds to be able to supply him with his proper medication! This is beyond unacceptable! Effective 6-1-22, I request that automatic withdrawal for ******** premium cease from my social security check. Hence forward, I would like to know where I can pay the premium on-line or where I can mail my check for ******** premium. About 4-5-22, I received a letter that if my social security check is large enough that USRRB will automatically deduct premium from my social security check and I must have an active annuity. If my social security check is not large enough to cover ******** premium, then USRRB can **** me on quarter basis. Per USRRB website, there is an option to pay ******** premium on-line, I elect to pay my monthly ******** premium on-line unless there is a law that states that ******** premium must be automatically deducted from social security check. If so, please provide the specific law number so that I can review for myself.Thank you for your assistance.
