suckered me in to their c*** leads, took my dep now they are closing down.. These leads places including ****** need to all go out of business. They are ruining small business. We need Yellow pages or something similar to return to fix this mess. Small business is being ruined everywhere because of this trap they got us in.. goodbye.Review from Adolfo P

IF I COULD LEAVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! I HAD HIGH HOPES BUT ALL THE LEADS I RECEIVED ARE CRAP! I RECEIVED FOUR LEADS IN ONE DAY THAT INDICATED THE LEAD WANTED TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME, ONE I COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF, THE OTHER THREE DIDN'T EVEN WANT A CUSTOM BUILDER!! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND HELD ON FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES. I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE ON THE ***** AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MORE THAN $400 ON THESE LEADS THEY STOLE FROM ME.Review from Victor A

Horrible company with trash employees that work their hardest to scam business owners out of their money for bogus leads. Angis List needs to be careful absorbing this company unless they too pull these shady tactics. I tried to cancel my account and get a refund for my money deposited and they were all too happy to cancel my account but refused to refund me my money. They stated it would be available for me in the future should I wish to reopen my account. Horrible company, horrible leads, horrible customer service, no stated ment ip front about no refunds and then blatantly stealing your lines on the back end. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMOANY AT ALL COSTSReview from John T

I have been using this company for the last year. They started off well sending very decent leads. Over the last few months the lead quality is absolutely horrible. They are sending bogus numbers to call and or the phone numbers are disconnected. These people don't even exist and they are pure scammers. CraftJack used to call you back when they see that they have missed your call. Now when you call them to get a refund on the bogus leads, you have to remain on the line for 2-1/2 hours to get to talk to someone. Something has changed in this company. My advice is to close your account ASAP as they will keep draining your account. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Review from Branden B

Lead quality is among the worst I have ever seen. When the referral comes in titled mold removal and in the customer notes they describe needing a new front door Craft Jack should be willing to issue a credit. I called in and they were not able to do so. The wrong leads came in one after another. I didn't realize my office manager was just letting it roll month to month. Go out and market these lead generators are a joke and craft jack will take money from you and not care if the leads are legitimate.Review from Darren T

Stay away from CraftJack. Garbage leads. Never get any sort of refund for work leads outside of your service area or service offering. Really, just a garbage app. I fully expect CraftJack to be out of business in ****.Review from Juliano M

I am a appliances repair company.I signed up with craftjack to receive appliances repair leads for the few months they have been sending me leads that are not in my field which is appliances repair. And they have been changing me for them my debit card is on automatic payments for them to collect there fee weekly. I have called to tell.them that they are sending me invalid leads such as snow blowers , reclining chairs, tv mounts ect. They said they can not issue me my funds back because I to receive more leads no matter what type they are before they can issue me any credits towards there bogus leads they have sent me I would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible.Review from Dan S

This company was good for 1.5 years 70 percent close rate on leads received .The last three months the lead quality is way down and I just talked with a name and number received and this person didn't even fill out the form . They have stolen 600 dollars from me in the last 3 months they use to credit everything I ask for now they are a typical corporate wall street sham owned by IAC who owned service magic and is now home advisor because service magic was sued into oblivion and reopened as home advisor DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOW STEALING TO STAY OPEN
