            I rarely write bad reviews but in this case it's well deserved! I take a bag for embroidery on Friday, the owner said it will be ready Wednesday. I said great, when should I pick it up. She said any time afternoon it should be ready. I called Tuesday to check on the status and the owner said yep it will be ready tomorrow to pick up anytime after we open and she mentioned she was going to work on it after my call. I went to the store Wednesday at 3pm only to find it's not ready yet. When I asked how come it's not ready when she told me twice it will be ready Wednesday to pick up at anytime, she initially said the machines and then when I confronted her she said qell someone ordered 500 hats and we decided to do them 1st. I said that's not professional especially that you didn't call and let me know so I don't take the time and trip. She said well Wednesday means till 5pm and it's not 5pm yet. I said you told me twice it will be ready to pick up when you open the store Wednesday and it's 3 pm already, can you at least show some professionalism instead of excuses and apologies. She said no it is what it is. I took my bag and left. Very rude, dishonest and unprofessional.
