I sent a box with one thousand dollars worth of items to *********. It has not been delivered. I paid $300 dollars to have the box shipped. I would like a refund. They have been unresponsive.Initial Complaint

We sent a box in November 2021 to *********, they claimed that it would take about 8 weeks to deliver, it is now June 2022 and they still have not delivered claiming it is stuck at customs because someone else sent items that they shouldnt have, if you look at their reviews they give the same story to other people. Weve asked for a refund of the $325 they charged us for shipping the box and the $200 they claim to reimburse in their contract due to loss (which is a measly fraction of the cost of items sent) but they do not want to pay, they say that it will be delivered, that is not lost, but not when, weve already used another more reputable business to send another box and they told us that with the current shipping situation it is impossible for a container to sit more than 3 months. They even stopped answering calls from us but quickly picked up when we called from another phone number.Initial Complaint

I paid $250 for a box to be sent to *********. I was told it would take up to 8 weeks to arrive. **** was on April 30th of this year, 2021. When I contact them for information they tell all I can do is wait and they have to I information and that my package is stuck in customs. When I read their reviews, going back to 2019, this is the same thing they tell everyone! I wish I would have read reviews sooner! They told me they are not responsible and all they can do is tell me that the package I paid for will arrive sometime but they dont know when. I have vitamins, clothes, a computer for my sister and other items of both monetary and sentimental value in there. At this point I just dont know what else to do.
