            I wanted to pay 10k on the principal of my LOC with Headway. They told me I could not just pay 10k on the principal, I had to pay interest as well. Even though interest is paid along with your monthly payments. I was told there is no prepayment penalty, but they won't let you pay a specific amount towards principal without paying interest. Nice try, but that is just a disguised prepayment penalty. Lies after lies. The biggest one is them saying they're sorry you had a bad experience, please call and talk to our customer service representatives. They can not answer any questions at all.
