I been on the waiting list after filling out a application at bickerdike Apartment in May of 2022 I received several letters of apartments location and was asked to bring proof of income which I did from my job 6 check stubs and bank statements from social security payments and a fifty dollar money order and I just got a call from another lady the property manager saying my name reached the top of the list and to bring proof of income again I mentioned to her that I did this already in May she said she would have to find my files I want them to send me my 50 dollars back and forget about it I picked a apartment where I wanted to live and never heard nothing else I still have my receipt where I paid 50 dollars for nothing all I want is my money back thanks *********************** phone number ************Initial Complaint

As a tenant, I have went to Bickerdike NUMEROUS times for help in resolving a Continuous noise disturbance from my neighbors. The neighbors have been involved in a gun and knife fight. THESE THINGS GO AGAINST BUILDING POLICIES AND ARE LISTED ON THE ********** Yet, nothing is being done about it!!My family and I do not feel safe in our home. Bickerdike's management team and it's security have disregarded my continuous complaints on multiple occasions. In 2017, a neighbor shot a bullet through my apartment's kitchen ceiling and the issue was not addressed or even followed up. I never heard anything else about it. The fact that tenants have been put in danger numerous time in the same complex is scary and disturbing. The management in this establishment ignored my videos, texts, calls , and emails for months about these incidents. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. When will something be done about this problem? The management staff is rude and they speak to tenants in a condescending manner. This has to stop!!! There are families that have no where to go yet their peace is constantly disrupted due to unruly and disrespectful neighbors. Can someone PLEASE help and find a resolution. I am completely helpless to this manner. I Have copies of ALL the emails that i have sent about these recurring noise disturbances as well. An overwhelmed tenant,***************************
