What a nightmare! Very poor management. I bought a package that included multiple services. There was an issue with almost every scheduled appointment. Either the equipment wasn't working or they canceled and/or expected me to drive to a different location with an hour's notice. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on there, I received conflicting information from every staff member that I spoke with. A couple employees even expressed their frustration with the company which would explain the huge turnover rate. After spending thousands of dollars, there were no results. This is likely because the treatments were supposed to be done with specific timing in between which did not happen due to their numerous cancellations. After giving them many chances, I requested a partial refund THREE TIMES. In the attachments you will see the "manager's" very unprofessional response. I plan on pursuing this matter legally. If you want to deal with chaos and abuse, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are many competent companies that value their clients and treat them with respect. Hope this review will help prevent others from enduring an experience like mine. It is amazing that they're still in business-hopefully for not much longer!Initial Complaint

On Saturday July 16th, a deposit charge of $300.56 was charged to my debit card for future cosmetic services from ElleHome Hollistic Med Spa, which was part of a $6,500 finance contract I signed/entered with Cherry. On Monday, July 18th, I reached out to them via email and stated that I wanted to get reimbursed for the deposit of $300.56 and that I was officially canceling my contract with them which. As of yet, I have not received respond back via email. I ended up calling them today (7/25) and after threating them to contact the BBB, *** called me back. She stated that I couldn't get reimbursed for $1,950-which I'm assuming will be taken out every month, and that I can use that money for any future cosmetic services. I told her that because I was now aggravative due to the customer service, that I would not be interested in any future service. After much going back and forth, and for the sake of ending the conversation-which was repetitive; I told her to give me a call back today in the afternoon. As of today, I have not received any type of cosmetic or consulting service from them at ElleHomme Holistic Med Spa. Please let me know which steps to take next.
