Hello, I came in 03/30/23(****** location) for services and Pure Medical Spa/Boutique failed to provide me a thorough summary of the specifics that I was charged for as said upon initial checkout when I asked front (male)desk receptionist-if the services summary will be shown with receipt. And I was told 'yes that I'll be provided this on receipt which is false, I waited for email and/or text of summary of services, and did not receive summary of services only receipt, which anyone could give you a receipt and make up an amount; The receipt provided does not show any specifics of services received; I attempted multiple times to get in contact with aesthetician **** and she did not return my calls as requested. I have no complaints with **** upon initial appointment and her attending, she was sweet but I don't play about my money especially the amount I paid for if there's no proof of what exact number of botox units was put in me without a paper trail. I need a thorough summary of services [not forged] with my exact signature and time. {Hope we come into a understanding that I need this for my records of what exactly was put into my face. Number of units is all hearsay until proven by signed document that I agreed to the number of Botox units.}-*********** It's 8:20pmCT on 03/30/23, and I have not received a call as I requested!I would like a FULL refund if I cannot get a thorough confirmation of what I actually received because at this point, its all hearsay, and I need proof!Initial Complaint

I went in for lip injections via juvaderm In January 2022 and was told they would last at least 6 months up to two years. Its barely been three and they dissolved. I noticed a deal online for 299 and took screen shot as proof made appt and confined the deal applied. Was told yes and no need to pay now at time of appt. I called two days to reschedule appt and again confirm deal was valid and applicable to me and they confirmed on phone yes. Got there today. Internet was down had to wait an hour before rude man at desk basically called me a liar and told me he wouldnt honor coupon. I want my money back from initial treatmentBusiness response

Thank you for providing the link to reply to an unhappy customer. We are ********************** spa in ******* and now in ****** **, known for best buys and most affordable Botox and Fillers to clients before inaccessible.We had a promotion Initiated by Allergan , the manufacturer of the Juvederm . Under this promotion Only certain clients who belonged to Alle membership qualified. Even though she was an Alle member ,"only some members may qualify"The above wording is clearly mentioned in the advertisement .She did not get the reward and angrily walked out. If she had qualifiued , she would have gotten the Juvederm for $ 299/ which is normally priced at 399 to 449.Like ****** said "unmet expectations are at the root cause of human unhappiness"I would like to invite her back and make her part of the winners in some promotions and we have promotions running all the time.Sincerely thank you for your comments.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I called twice price to my appt and confirmed that the $299 offer would be valid ;both times I was told yes it would be honored (pull calls if necessary). I shouldnt have had to schedule a second appointment if the first appointment wouldve worked as promised , which it did not. I did not angrily leave ; my daughter was with me as a witness. I simply stated it was bs I waited an hour over the time I arrived (15 min early to appt) and still hadnt been seen and now all of a sudden honoring promotion was an issue.I wouldnt have wasted over an hour driving there if promo price wouldnt have been honored I am demanding a full refund from January appt ASAP

November 2021 I purchased 50 units of Botox. I only used 40. On March 28th I had a 4pm appt to use the remaining 10 units, at 3:15 pm I received a call that they would have to reschedule my appt due to the Dr. was running behind. I voiced my concern and the caller knew I wasn't pleased. I took time off of work and the train into the city, she indicated she didn't want the Dr. to feel rushed and make a mistake. When she knew how upset I was she offered to cancel someone else and "fit me in" after mentioned the Dr. could potentially make a mistake due to being rushed, I opted to not go in on the 28th. I then called to get a credit for the remaining 10 units, value of $90. I was told to email ******** and she would handle it. I called on 4/4/22 for the status of my credit and ****** informed me she needs authorization and that there is a fee involved. for every month past the date of original purchase the fee goes up 10%, I'm at 5 months, therefore entitle to only 50% of 90 = $45.00. This is NOT acceptable or normal business practice, nor is it in writing anywhere. I wasn't able to get an appt. due to Covid or at a time that was convenient to me. I live 10 minutes from their ****** office, yet had to go to chicago for an appointment (that they cancelled last minute). I want the FULL $90 refund that I am owed.
